Banned? Wait, what?

My two main City of Heroes accounts are banned. I don't know why. All my other accounts are fine. I logged in yesterday and dinked around, and today they are banned. I've sent an email to support but nothing back yet. It's frustrating. I was looking forward to this week for a while now, and now I can't play the characters I want to play. What gives?

Is there any chance that someone might have hacked one and abused it? That sucks!

I was just on last night, and it was banned today. And it was only the main 2 of the 5 that got reactivated, the other ones are fine.

I honestly have no idea. I hope they weren't hacked but I can't see how that could have happened. I've got a good virus scanner on my computer and there aren't any keyloggers or anything going on.

It's just really weird that I didn't get an email or anything from NC Soft. I though they usually send something out when they ban accounts.

That is really weird. Did you do anything in the MA that would cause people to get a bug up their butt and report for whatever? I mean, I know you wouldn't, but some people are retarded that way.

Nope, I logged in a bunch of alts and was only on for a couple minutes, and then I went and did an MA mission with a couple of SG mates, then I logged. I didn't even talk to anyone outside my SG.

Me too :( If it'd been a couple of my throwaway trial accounts, I wouldn't care, but these two are my main accounts, with my 50s, and all my characters that I RP :(

I haven't heard anything back yet. I'll give them a call tomorrow if I don't get an email.

That is REALLY odd.

Can you get on the forums with those accounts? If so, PM Niviene with your concern if you can't get thru to someone on the phone.
